I like Lost Girl, stalking musicians, making bad decisions, and contemplating my existence on a daily basis.
Jenna McDougall, Lights, Alexa San Roman and Lynn Gunn are my favourite people. ☮

"Never thought that I would feel like this. Such a mess when I'm in your presence, I've had enough, think you've been making me sick. Gotta get you out of my system, yeah."

Why is no one talking about Flyleaf’s new album?? I will forever miss Lacey in the band but Between The Stars is still a really good album.

No ones talking about it because it doesn’t sound like Flyleaf

How can it not sound like flyleaf? all people responsible for music are still in band.

True, but in my opinion, Lacey’s voice and lyrics were what made them unique amongst other bands that sing about similar issues. I personally think Kristen’s stance is too generic and pop, in a sense. You are totally entitled to your own thoughts and opinions though.

Lacey was not the only one writting lyrics. If you have a song about sth and then suddenly it’s all about Jesus that’s a part Lacey wrote. She liked to throw Jesus here and there. If you don’t like Kristen’s voice it’s okay but don’t diss a whole band because they were/are putting more work in it than Lacey ever did

Well I’m an atheist/agnostic so I don’t really think their songs are about Jesus, per se.. I’m sorry, but I feel like you are trying to attack me individually. I did not “diss” the band, I just addressed the issue and expressed how I felt about it. I didn’t even say I didn’t like Kristen’s voice, wth. Lacey put everything into the band and Sameer let Lacey sing for them because she had something to sing about. They met at church, so obviously they may sing about their religion and what not; but it doesn’t mean she “throws Jesus in everywhere”. Don’t “diss” Lacey for that, ffs.Why can’t people just respect others’ opinions these days instead of acting so defensive and shitting all over everyone else’s ideas. Bye.
